I offer sessions face to face, over the phone and online. Online sessions can be from anywhere.
I am member of the BACP and I work by the ethical framework that they have produced. I will continue with learning several CPD courses covering all areas of counselling.
I undertake supervision once a month in-line with BACP ethical framework
Individual Counselling
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long, this is where you have a safe space to talk about your thoughts and concerns.
Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £40 although there are possibilities of concessions rates. This could be online or face to face in either of my two offices, Sleaford and Lincoln City centre.

Cash or bank transfer at the end of each session.
-What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation or reschedule is free of charge if done with at least 24 hours if not, full fee required.
-How many sessions should I have?
After every 4 sessions, we can review together.
